We have our car loan through the U of I Credit Union, along with a simple checking account. We couldn’t ask for a more pleasant experience with all of the UICCU employees, most notably Brooke. Anytime we have a question the staff is always quick to respond with a thorough answer. We have a ‘direct-deposit’ setup through our paychecks, and it was such an easy process to get enrolled. Recently I started a new career and the staff made sure we wouldn’t skip a beat with any deposits or loan payments. The UICCU always responds in a timely manner, and is always willing to work around our busy schedule. I could never recommend the UICCU enough!
